I am a certified RYT 200-hour yoga instructor who takes the benefits of a typical yoga practice and blends it with my extensive background in endurance sports. I have been a long distance triathlete for two decades (and counting). I have also been a competitive swimmer since I was 5 years old. This background gives me an interesting perspective for how yoga and endurance sports can work together to make you a well rounded athlete both physically and mentally.
